Q - How soon will I receive my VisiTags after placing my order?
We produce and ship all orders placed on our web site within 48 business hours. Business hours exclude week ends and holidays. Transit time from our location in North Eastern Wisconsin will vary according to the shipment method selection as follows:
Free USPS shipping is 1 to 6 days
UPS 2nd Day Air Saver is 2 days
UPS Next Day Air Saver is 1 day
It’s important to note that, on occasion, transit times can be effected by weather, equipment problems, etc.
Q – Why am I limited to 11 characters of text?
We have found that limiting text to 11 characters produces a very attractive and elegant embroidery. Additional text results in a cramped and unsatisfactory look.
Q – Can I have my phone number embroidered on VisiTags
Yes, but we are unable to include dashes between numbers. The format is “5555555555”
Q – You only have pricing up to a quantity of 30 identical VisiTags. How do I order more?
