How do I return an item?

“100% Satisfaction Guaranteed” returns must be approved prior to being sent back within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. VisiTag will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
